Anna Hembrick, PMHNP
Addiction and Mental Health SpecialistAnna is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Virginia. She began working with Dr. Breslin in 2017.
Anna truly has a passion for helping patients achieve physical and mental wellness. She attributes her love for caregiving to helping care for her grandfather when she was young and coming from a family of nurses. Anna enjoys working in private practice where she can establish long term relationships with patients, and brings with her years of experience working with diverse populations.
Anna enjoys reading, Netflix bingeing, and spending time with her family, friends and two mischievous Boxers.
Donna Hayden, PMHNP
Addiction and Mental Health SpecialistDonna is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of experience as an RN prior to receiving her MSN at the University of Virginia. She has experience with and enjoys working with a wide variety of psychiatric diagnoses including: Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Addiction. Donna is a warm engaging provider who believes each person is a holistic being.
Erin Deibel, FNP
Addiction and Primary Care SpecialistErin Deibel, FNP has been a Nurse Practitioner with Verity Addiction since 2024. Prior to joining the team, her professional experience included primary care, outpatient detox, MAT induction/maintenance, telehealth SUD treatment, and leadership/mentoring roles. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina, a Master's of Science in Nursing from Xavier University, and a Master's in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University where she completed her Nurse Practitioner education with a focus on Adult-Gerontology Acute Care. Erin also is a Certified Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) and a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse – Advanced Practice (CARN-AP). She finds the physical and mental aspects of addiction medication to be intricate and she likes working with clients in the early stages of recovery. In her free time she enjoys being active and outside with her family, especially on a good walking/hiking trail.

Gregory Cohron, FNP is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner specializing in addiction treatment and recovery care. With a compassionate, patient-centered approach, Gregory works with individuals affected by substance use disorders to provide evidence-based treatment tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Gregory believes that recovery is a personal journey and that every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and understanding. Through comprehensive assessments, medication management when appropriate, ongoing support, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals, He helps patients take meaningful steps toward lasting recovery and improved overall health.

Takara Figueroa, FNP
Infectious Disease Specialist
Takara Figueroa, FNP is dedicated to improving access to comprehensive, compassionate healthcare for individuals affected by substance use. At Verity, Takara provides hepatitis C, hepatitis B and HIV screening, evaluation, and treatment, helping patients access effective, curative therapy in a supportive addiction-care setting. Takara believes in meeting patients where they are and reducing barriers to care through education, collaboration, and evidence-based treatment.
Ellen Wilder
Counselor
El (Ellen) WIlder provides compassionate, client-centered support to individuals affected by substance use and related challenges. El help clients understand patterns of substance use, develop healthy coping skills, set recovery goals, and connect with appropriate community and treatment resources. Through counseling, education, and ongoing support, a CSAC works to promote lasting recovery, personal growth, and improved overall well-being.
