Anna Hembrick, PMHNP

Addiction and Mental Health Specialist

Anna is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in Virginia. She began working with Dr. Breslin in 2017.

Anna truly has a passion for helping patients achieve physical and mental wellness. She attributes her love for caregiving to helping care for her grandfather when she was young and coming from a family of nurses. Anna enjoys working in private practice where she can establish long term relationships with patients, and brings with her years of experience working with diverse populations.

Donna Hayden, PMHNP

Addiction and Mental Health Specialist

Donna is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 30 years of experience as an RN prior to receiving her MSN at the University of Virginia.  She has experience with and enjoys working with a wide variety of psychiatric diagnoses including: Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Addiction. Donna is a warm engaging provider who believes each person is a holistic being.

Erin Deibel, FNP

Addiction and Primary Care Specialist

Erin Deibel, FNP has been a Nurse Practitioner with Verity Addiction since 2024.  Prior to joining the team, her professional experience included primary care, outpatient detox, MAT induction/maintenance, telehealth SUD treatment, and leadership/mentoring roles.  She has a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina, a Master's of Science in Nursing from Xavier University, and a Master's in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University where she completed her Nurse Practitioner education with a focus on Adult-Gerontology Acute Care.  Erin also is a Certified Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) and a Certified Addiction Registered Nurse – Advanced Practice (CARN-AP).  She finds the physical and mental aspects of addiction medication to be intricate and she likes working with clients in the early stages of recovery.  In her free time she enjoys being active and outside with her family, especially on a good walking/hiking trail.
